  • Ensure you have a minimum of a ONE YEAR HOME WARRANTY. (We will accommodate you if the seller will not provide you one at theirs.)

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

  • Call us to let us know what your expectations are!
  • Let Us assist you in determining a comfortable monthly payment for your new purchase.  We always recommend our clients include their monthly obligation for taxes and insurance in that payment.
  • Let Us assist you in ensuring your Lender or any one recommended by ourselves or others provides a written Good Faith Estimate (GFE) disclosing your closing cost and fees.
  • Let Us assist you in identifying what areas accommodate your needs.
  • Let Us assist you in identifying the size and amenities of that home to how the aroma of your favorite blend of coffee smells from the kitchen.

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest feesinclude homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
